【摘要】 目的观察体部伽马刀治疗对原发性肝癌患者红细胞免疫功能的影响及临床意义。方法利用体部伽马刀对36例原发性肝癌患者进行了治疗,采用免疫黏附法测定患者治疗前后红细胞免疫功能(TER、RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR)的改变。结果原发性肝癌用体部伽马刀治疗后,TER、RBC-C3bRR较治疗前明显升高,而RBC-ICR较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论体部伽马刀治疗能增强原发性肝癌患者的红细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the change of RBC immunity in patients with primary hepatic cancer (PHC) before and after treatment with whole bodyγ-knife,and to see whether treatment with whole bodyγ-knife could improve patient’s RBC immune function.Methods Thirty-six patients with PHC were treated with whole bodyγ-knife.Their RBC immune parameters such as TER,RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR in peripheral blood were measured by immunofluorescent assay before and after treatment.The data before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,the blood levels of TER and RBC-C3bRR were sig- nificantly increased compared with those before treatment,but RBC-ICR decreased (P<0.01).Conclu- sion Treatment with whole bodyγ-knife enhances the RBC immune function in patients with PHC.更多还原
