【摘要】 目的研究组织蛋白酶D(Cathepsin D,Cath-D)在恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(malignant fi-brous histiocytoma,MFH)组织中的蛋白表达情况,探讨其在MFH发生发展中的作用,为阐明MFH的发病机制提供科学依据。方法应用免疫组化方法检测65例MFH组织的Cath-D的蛋白表达情况,分析Cath-D蛋白表达率与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果Cath-D阳性表达主要定位于细胞浆。65例MFH组织中Cath-D蛋白阳性表达率为75.4%,I~II期Cath-D阳性率为60.0%,III~Ⅳ期Cath-D阳性率为88.6%,两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Cath-D的阳性表达率与病理分化程度和生存期显著相关(P<0.01)。结论Cath-D在MFH发生发展中起重要作用,是判断MFH侵袭、转移和预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the expression of cathepsin D in malignant fibrous histiocytoma(MFH) tissues,and to explore the role of cathepsin D in development and progress of MFH,and to provide scientific evidence in order to elucidate the pathogenesis of MFH.Methods The expression of cathepsin D in 65 MFH tissues was examined by immunohistochemical method,and the relation between the protein expression rate and clinical and pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The positive expression of cathepsin D was located mainly in the cytoplasm.The positive expression rate of cathepsin D were 75.4% in 65 MFH tissues,60.0% in stage I～II,and 88.6% in stage III～IV.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of cathepsin D was significantly correlated with degree of pathological differentiation and life span(P<0.01).Conclusions The results demonstrate that cathepsin D may play an important role in the development and progression of MFH.Cathepsin D can be used as an important marker of invasion,metastasis and prognosis.更多还原
