【摘要】 目的探讨不同组织淋巴结外恶性淋巴瘤(extranodal malignant lymphoma,ELA)的临床病理特点。方法结合临床资料,采用组织形态及免疫组织化学相结合的方法,对脾、乳腺、扁桃体、皮肤、甲状腺、脑组织的6例病理诊断为淋巴结外恶性淋巴瘤(ELA)的病例进行临床、病理分析。结果发生在不同部位的淋巴结外恶性淋巴瘤(ELA)临床表现缺乏特异性,与相应部位的癌相似。组织学形态与低分化癌难以鉴别,但通过仔细观察及免疫组织化学可以正确做出诊断。结论不同部位淋巴结外恶性淋巴瘤(ELA)组织形态学具有独特的组织像,易与其他肿瘤混淆,造成误诊、漏诊,应引起临床及病理医师的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinicopathologic characteristics of extranodal malignant lymphoma(ELA) of different tissues.Method Histomorphology combined with immunohistochemistry method and clinical data were used to perform clinicopathologic analysis of 6 ELA of spleen,mammary gland,tonsil,cutaneous,thyroid and brain tissues.Results Clinical manifestation of ELA in different sites lacked specificity and was similar to carcinoma of corresponding part.It was difficult to be differentiated histomorphologically from poorly differentiated carcinoma,however,correct diagnosis could be made through careful observation and immunohistochemical examination.Conclusion It is easy to result in misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis and confusing with other tumors because the histomorphology of ELA of different tissues have distinct histological manifestation and are apt to be confused with other tumors,so clinical and pathology doctors should pay attention to it.更多还原
