【摘要】 目的探讨原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析我院1992年1月至2003年6月收治的22例原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果本组1,3,5,10年生存率分别为95.2%、76.2%、68.8%和71.4%;其中化疗+放疗±手术组1,3,5,10年生存率分别为100.0%、100.0%、100.0%和100.0%,化疗±手术组分别为91.7%、58.3%、44.4%和50.0%。结论原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗应以化疗+放疗的综合治疗,必要时辅以手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of primary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of bone(PLB).Methods Twenty-two cases with PLB from January 1992 to June 2003 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed.Results The 1-,3-,5-,10-year survival rates were 95.2%,76.2%,68.8% and 71.4% respectively in all cases.In patients treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy with/without local excision,the rates were 100.0%,100.0%,100.0% and 100.0% respectively.In patients treated with chemotherapy with/without local excision,the rates were 91.7%,58.3%,44.4% and 50.0% respectively.Conclusions The treatment of PLB is combined modality including chemotherapy and radiotherapy,while surgery is an adjuvant measure.更多还原
