【摘要】 目的:评价系列中医外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:120例随机分为四组。A组手法弹拨、功能锻练30例,B组手法弹拨、中药熏洗30例,C组功能锻练、中药熏洗30例,D组手法弹拨、功能锻练、中药熏洗30例,分别于治疗后7、14、21、28天进行评分,并对评分结果进行统计分析。结果:四组在改善症状方面均有效果(P<0.05)。D组的疗效优于A、B、C组(P<0.05)。四组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:系列中医外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a series of external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 patients in each group:group A was treated with stirring maneuvers and functional exercises,group B with stirring maneuvers and steaming-washing with Chinese herbs,group C with functional exercises and steaming-washing with Chinese herbs and group D with stirring maneuvers and functional exercises plus steaming-washing with Chinese herbs.Results in all groups were recorded and analyzed separately on the 7th,14th,21st and 28th days after treatment.Results:Positive effectiveness in promoting symptoms was observed in each group(P<0.05),with better effects in group D than in the rest groups(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were discovered.Conclusion:A series of external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine were safe and effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
