【摘要】 目的:探讨壮筋涂膜液对兔膝骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis;简称OA)的病理形态学的影响,为壮筋涂膜液治疗OA提供实验依据。方法:用结扎右侧股静脉的方法复制成兔右膝骨关节炎模型,日本大耳白兔随机分为4组:正常对照组(未造模)、模型对照组、壮筋涂膜液组、赋形剂组。正常对照组及模型对照组不作处理,壮筋涂膜液组将壮筋涂膜液涂布于已脱毛的患膝局部,每日一次,赋形剂组将不含药的涂膜液基质涂布于已脱毛的患膝局部,每日一次。治疗4周后取兔右外侧胫骨平台关节软骨制作石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜下观察病理变化。结果:正常关节软骨细胞呈四层结构排列,软骨细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,表层呈梭形,胞浆着色均匀呈灰蓝色,骨基质染成红色。模型对照组和赋形剂组表面毛糙,软骨表层不完整,基质染色不均,细胞层次感不明显,明显软骨细胞团形成,细胞数减少,基质染色明显不均。壮筋涂膜液组的软骨细胞结构和排列接近正常对照组。结论:壮筋涂膜液能对实验性兔膝OA的损伤软骨具有较好的修复作用,壮筋涂膜液治疗膝OA具有可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To observe the patho-morphologic changes of Zhuang jin film coating liquid on osteoarthritis in rabbits.Methods:The rabbits were induced Osteoarthritis by ligating the right femoral vein.Thirty-four white Japanese male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:the normal control group,the model control group,Zhuang jin film coating liquid group,and the excipient group.The right knee joint of rabbits were depilated and embrocated with Zhuang jin ye group or vehicle group once per day.There was no special treatment in the normal control and the model control group.All animals were sacrificed after 4 weeks’ treatment,and articular cartilages of rabbit tibia were made into tissue,sliced paraffin and observed for the pathologic changes by HE stain.Results:The joint cartilaginous cell in the normal control group was round or oval with fusiform outline,and arranged into four-layers.The cytoplasm and bone matrix was stained gray-blue and red,respectively.Surface of cartilage was coarse and impaired in the model control and the excipient group.Matrix was not symmetrical,and the numbers of cartilaginous cells was decreased significantly.Conclusion:The damnification of cartilage osteoarthritis in rabbits could be reversed efficiently by treatment with Zhuang jin film coating liquid.更多还原
