16VPA6STC柴油机改用MIXPC涡轮增压系统研究
A Study of MIXPC Turbocharging System on 16VPA6STC Diesel Engine
【摘要】 介绍了最新开发的1+2 MIXPC涡轮增压系统及其排气管系的结构。该系统应用于16VPA6STC船用中速机上、代替原MPC增压系统。性能模拟和试验结果表明,只要能合理选择MIXPC涡轮增压系统排气管系的结构参数,即可保证各气缸头排温差不超标,还可以使气缸头及涡轮前排温降低,同时使油耗率下降。因此,16VPA6STC柴油机改用1+2 MIXPC涡轮增压系统代替原MPC增压系统是成功的。
【Abstract】 In this paper a new-developed 1+2 MIXPC turbocharging system and its exhaust manifold are introduced.This system is used in 16VPA6STC medium speed marine diesel engine instead of MPC turbocharging system.Simulation and experimental results indicate that provided the design parameters of MIXPC system are well established,not only difference in exhaust gas temperature after cylinders can be kept within limits,but the exhaust gas temperature after cylinders and before turbine be lower,and at the same time the specific fuel consumption will be decreased.1+2 MIXPC turbocharging system used in 16VPA6STC diesel engine is successful.
