检测氧脱木素废液中草酸根含量的新方法
A New Method for Determining Oxalate in the Spent Liquor of Oxygen Delignification
【摘要】 用CaCl2沉淀氧脱木素废液中的草酸根离子(C2O42-),继而用0.22μm的微孔无机滤膜进行过滤,可有效地排除CO32-、木素及有机小分子对C2O42-含量测定的干扰。处理后,采用顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)进行检测。通过优化检测条件,可得到满意的结果。标准曲线的相关系数(R2)为0.9991,重现性实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.94%,回收率也较高。
【Abstract】 Oxalate in oxygen delignification spent liquor was precipitated by calcium chloride, then the micropore inorganic filter membrane with 0.22 μm micropore was used to eliminate the interference of carbonate, lignin and micromolecule organics. The oxalic ion in oxygen delignification liquor was determined by Headspace Gas Chromatography. The relative standard deviation was 2.94%; R2 was 0.9991 and recovery was around 100%. The results showed that the determiniation is precise, sensitive and highly reproducible. It is a good method for the determination of oxalate in oxygen delignification spent liquor.
