二次纤维废水中金属离子的毒性研究
Toxicity of Heavy Metal Ions in Recycled Fiber Effluent
【摘要】 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对8种二次纤维废水所含金属离子做了研究,发现二次纤维废水中Ca2+的含量均较高,其值在100~210mg/L之间,只有生产涂布白纸板底层废水中Ca2+含量较低;Mg2+和Al3+含量也较高,其中Mg2+含量最高达到了0.7511mg/L,Al3+最高为0.7163mg/L。废水中重金属均未超标,废水无机毒性比较小。通过去除和屏蔽废水中的金属离子,对比屏蔽前后废水浓度对发光菌发光强度的影响,发现金属离子基本不影响二次纤维废水的综合急性毒性。
【Abstract】 The heavy metal ions of eight kinds of recycled fiber effluent were studied with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer method, the result showed that alkaline-earth metals contents in all of the effluent are high, the content of Ca2+is between 100~250 mg/L, the maximum contents of Mg2+、Al3+reaches 0.7511 mg/L and 0.7163 mg/L respectively. Heavy metal ions such as Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr3+and so on have lower contents. Comparing with the effect of heavy metal ions concentration in the effluent on the luminosity of photobacteria by shielding heavy metal ions, it was found that the metal ions almost have no effect on acute toxicity of recycled fiber effluents. The reason is that the concentration of metal ions is too low.
