紫外线诱变选育高效菌处理废纸制浆封闭循环废水
Treatment of Closed Recycling Wastewater from Recycled Fiber Mill with UV-Induced High Performance Bacteria
【摘要】 用紫外线对假单胞菌X1进行诱变,通过几轮处理得到了3株具有高效去除COD能力的菌株。在不同浓度的废水培养基中,发现突变体去除COD的能力有很大的提高。经过传代后突变株X12、X13和X14的水解圈分别稳定在0.50cm、0.45cm和1.00cm左右,COD去除率都保持稳定。将突变体按1∶1∶1的比例混合组成高效菌,研究生长和去除COD的最佳条件。实验证明,该混合高效菌在pH值6.0~7.0之间时,微生物的生长情况达到最佳,能够大量去除COD;较适生长温度范围为30~40℃,最适生长温度为35℃。
【Abstract】 Ultraviolet was selected as the mutagen to perform the single factor towards Pseudomona sp.X1.Three mutant strains possessed high CODCr removal effect. In the different concentration of the wastewater culture medium, the mutant strains made use of cellulose to reduce the COD, it was discovered that the mutants ability of removing the COD increased. After they were subcultured for 10 generations, the diameter of the hydrolytic circle of the mutants X12, X13 and X14 stayed at about 0.50, 0.45 and 1.00cm, and the COD removal rate stayed at a steady level. The high yield strain was obtained by mixing the three mutant strains in the proportion of 1∶1∶1. The optimal pH value was about 6.0~7.0 and the optimal temperature was about 35℃.
