【摘要】 目的:通过研究辣椒素(CAP)对培养的正常人角质形成细胞(KC)的作用前后Fas/Fasl的表达及其与凋亡的关系,进一步探讨其对银屑病的作用机制。方法:不同浓度的CAP作用于培养的正常人KC后,进行免疫细胞化学研究,观察其对KC增殖及KC Fas/Fasl蛋白表达的影响。结果:辣椒素对体外培养的KC的生长具有明显的抑制作用,并且促使KC凋亡;CAP作用KC后Fas/Fasl均有较强表达。结论:CAP抑制KC的过度生长,上调培养的正常人KC Fas/Fasl蛋白表达,并促进KC凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro mechanism of capsaicin(CAP) on human keratinocyte,and to understand the therapeutical mechanism of CAP on psoriasis.METHODS Using immunocytochemical method,the growth and the expression of Fas/Fasl protein of KC treated with different concentrations of CAP were investigated.RESULTS There was no expression of Fas/Fasl protein in the cultured normal KC,CAP could inhibit the growth of KC significantly,and stimulate the apoptosis and the expression of Fas/Fasl protein of KC.CONCLUSION CAP could inhibit the growth of KC,upregulate the expression of Fas/Fasl protein and stimulate the apoptosis of KC.更多还原
