【摘要】 目的:研究刺五加黄芪片和雷公藤片治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的血小板聚集率和血液流变性变化及临床疗效观察。方法:正常人30例,口腔扁平苔藓患者97例随机分为3组,治疗1组36例采用刺五加黄芪片治疗,治疗2组30例采用刺五加黄芪片和雷公藤片治疗,对照组31例采用雷公藤片治疗,观察血小板聚集率和血液流变性、口腔黏膜变化等指标。结果:97例口腔扁平苔藓患者血小板聚集率(1,3,5min和最大聚集)、全血黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉和红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白元等血液流变性指标较正常人明显增高,且治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.01)。通过血小板聚集率和血液流变性、口腔黏膜变化等指标,治疗1,2组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性;治疗1,2组差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论:口腔扁平苔藓患者的血小板聚集率和血液流变性等指标增强,刺五加黄芪片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效显著,其和雷公藤片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效与降低血小板聚集率等有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Based on the research of variety on platelet aggregation and hemorrheology by before and after theartment with the tables for oral lichen planus (OLP) to investigate the pathogenesis of OLP. METHODS (25-60 years old) and 97 patients with (25-65 years old) with of OLP were evaluate 30 normal person and selected by Random Method, 36 cases were treated with the tablets as the experimental group 1, 30 cases were treated with the tablets and Tripterygium Wilfordii tables as the experimental group 2, and 31 with Tripterygium Wilfordii tables as the control group for the tests. RESULTS For 97 patients with OLP, platelet aggregation (1,3,5 minute and the most) significantly increased (P<0.01),the whole blood viscosity, plasmatic viscosity,erythrocyte express amass,ESR,erythrocyte aggregation exponent markedly increased (P<0.05) before treatment,which had statistical significance compared with those the after theartment. For the experimental group 1and group 2 those data are significantly decreased compared with. the control group. The Erythrocyte Rigidity Exponent, Erythrocyte Deformation Exponent were markedly changed. CONCLUSION This results suggested that OLP is involved in many factors, platelet aggregation and hemorrheology are related with activity and relaxation,and play an important role in pathogenesis of OLP. The results indicate that the tables have good effect for the treatment of OLP.更多还原
