【摘要】 目的:研究狭叶荨麻地上部分的化学成分。方法:利用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从狭叶荨麻地上部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为东莨菪素(Ⅰ)、反式-4-羟基桂皮酸(Ⅱ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅲ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅳ)、赤藓醇(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论:7个化合物均首次从狭叶荨麻地上部分分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of U.angustifolia Fisch.ex Hornem.METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as scopoletin(Ⅰ),trans-4-hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅱ),5-hydroxymethyl –furfural(Ⅲ),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅳ),erthyritol(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION These compounds are all firstly discovered from U.angustifolia Fisch.ex Hornem.更多还原
