【摘要】 目的:观察卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:64例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,常规治疗组予以利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和洋地黄等治疗,卡维地洛组在此基础上加用卡维地洛,治疗6个月后对比观察2组临床症状、心率、血压、心功能级别和左室射血分数变化情况。结果:卡维地洛组各项指标均明显改善,患者生活质量明显提高。结论:卡维地洛可作为治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效药物应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of carvedilol on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.METHODS 64 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)were divided randomly into two groups,one was regular treatment group treated with diuretic,ACE inhibitor and digitoxin,another was carvedilol treatment group treated with carvedilol on the basis of above regular treatment.All the patients were followed up for six months and the changes of the clinical symptoms,heart rate,blood pressure,heart function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were observed.RESULTS After carvediolol treatment,each index of the carvedilol treatment group was obviously improved and the LVEF was higher than regular treatment group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Carvedilol can be the effective drug used in clinic for treating chronic heart failure.更多还原
