【摘要】 目的:应用离子对色谱法对咳速停颗粒中吗啡进行含量测定。方法:固相萃取预处理结合离子对色谱法检测,以庚烷磺酸钠为离子对试剂,C18柱为固定相,检测波长220nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:吗啡线性范围为0.01~0.08μg,平均回收率为99.4%。结论:建立的方法准确,回收率好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To estabilsh an ion-pair chromatographic method to determine the contents of morphine in Kesuting pellets.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution(adjusted to pH 10.0 with ammonia water)-0.005 mol·L-1 sodium -1-heptanesulfate solution(20∶40∶40)mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 220 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature at room temperature.RESULTS The linear range of morphine was 0.01-0.08 μg,The mean recovery was 99.4%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and good recovery.更多还原
