【摘要】 目的:制备注射用胶原蛋白酶免疫结合物。方法:采用水溶性碳二亚胺法制备胶原蛋白酶免疫结合物,将胶原蛋白酶与牛血清白蛋白交联后再连接抗胶原蛋白单克隆抗体,使胶原蛋白酶具有对血栓的主动靶向性。冷冻干燥法制备注射用胶原蛋白酶免疫结合物。结果:所制得的注射用胶原蛋白酶免疫结合物为淡黄色固体,无塌陷的疏松整块,表面细腻,再分散性良好。结论:胶原蛋白酶免疫结合物的制备方法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare the collagenase immunizing conjugation product for injection.METHODS The method of ninhydrin-based assay was used to determine the activity of collagenase,and ELISA method was used to test the activity of monoclonal antibody.The immunizing conjugation product of collagenase in this program was prepared by EDCI method.After cross-linking with BSA,the collagenase was bond to monoclonal antibody,which enabled the collagenase to have active targeting property.The collagenase immunizing conjugation product for injection was prepared by lyophilization.RESULTS The collagenase immunizing conjugation for injection was a light yellow-colored solid,with exquisite skin and nice dispersibility.CONCLUSION The preparation method of collagenase immunizing conjugation is feasible.更多还原
