【摘要】 目的:优选紫草的醇提工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,以干膏收率和羟基萘醌总色素相对转移率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对紫草醇提工艺的影响,最终确定紫草的最优提取工艺条件。结果:紫草最优醇提工艺条件为:用8.5倍量65%的乙醇,提取2次,每次1h。结论:该工艺合理,便于生产,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Arnebia euchroma.METHODSA uniform design method was used.The four factors which included the concentration and volume of alcohol,the time and times of extraction were designed.The yielding rate of extraction and the recovery of total hydroxyl naphthoquinones were used as the criteria of establishing the optimum extraction conditions.RESULTSThe optimum extraction conditions were:extracting two times with 65% alcohol,1h each time with 8.5 times the volume of the alcohol.CONCLUSIONThe extraction process is reasonable,simple and able to be used in the production.更多还原
