孔石莼化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的研究石莼属海藻孔石莼(Ulva pertusa Kjellm)的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱和凝胶柱色谱法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从孔石莼石油醚部位分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为(2,4-二氯苯基)-2,4-二氯苯甲酸酯[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-dichlorobenzoate,Ⅰ]、N-苯基-2-萘胺(N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine,Ⅱ)、5-羟基-3,6,7,3′,4′-五甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavone,Ⅲ)、5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetrame-thoxyflavone,Ⅳ)和对乙氧基苯甲酸(4-ethoxybenzoic acid,Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从自然界分离得到,迄今为止未见其NMR数据报道;化合物Ⅱ~Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ulva pertusa Kjellm.METHODS The constituents were extracted with ethanol,isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis.RESULTS Five compounds were elucidated as(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-dichlorobenzoate(Ⅰ),N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine(Ⅱ),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3’,4’-pentamethoxyflavone(Ⅲ),5-hydroxy-6,7,3’,4’-tetramethoxyflavone(Ⅳ) and 4-ethoxybenzoic acid(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ is obtained firstly in nature and its NMR data has not been reported before;Others are isolated for the first time from Ulva.
