铅胁迫对花生生长与铅积累特性的研究

【摘要】 通过盆栽实验研究铅胁迫下花生对铅的吸收特性。结果表明,铅处理对花生生物量的积累有一定的抑制作用,当土壤铅浓度达到400mg/kg时,对作物生长造成伤害。铅在花生体内分布的一般规律是:根>茎>叶>果仁,且随着铅投放浓度的增加,植株体内各部位含铅量也呈上升趋势。从花生的整个生育进程来看,花生各部位铅含量分配规律是:苗期>结荚期>开花下针期>成熟期。

【Abstract】 Absorption characteristics of peanut cultured in pots were studied under the stress of lead.The results of experiment showed that biomass of peanut was restrained and the peanuts have been damaged when the dosage of lead in the soil reached 400 mg/kg.The lead accumulation and distribution in peanut was in the order of root>stem>leaf>seed.The lead content of peanut and the soil had a positive correlation.From growing stage of peanut,the accumulation of lead was in the order of seedling stage>pod setting stage>flowering and pegging stage>maturity stage.
