【摘要】 对从日本引进的5份7S球蛋白亚基组成各异的稀有大豆种质的主要农艺及品质性状进行鉴定,结果表明:Enre i(正常型)、日A-5(α′-亚基缺失型)和SF-1(β-亚基极少型)为高蛋白质和高油含量材料;日A-5与SF-1为高蛋白材料;SF-1为高油材料。日A-5与SF-1的综合农艺性状好,是具有较高利用价值的优异育种材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The newly introduced Japanese soybeans were used to identify major agronomic and quality traits.The results showed that Enrei,riA-5 and SF-1 were characterized as normal,α′-subunit null and β-subunit extremely low respectively;and they all had high protein and high fat content.riA-5 and SF-1 were with high protein content soybean germplasm and SF-1 with high fat content soybean germplasm.riA-5 and SF-1 were shown with good comprehensive agronomic characteristics,they were excellent materials in quality breeding.更多还原
