【摘要】 对长宁区社区卫生服务中心《全科团队信息管理系统(TIS)》设计与实现进行全面分析与论证,就社区卫生预防、保健、健康教育、医疗、康复、计划生育技术指导"六位一体"的工作内容,通过信息技术做了积极的探索和实践。针对医疗卫生信息系统中存在的各种信息孤岛,本系统提供了灵活健壮的解决方案。将各独立系统进行有机整合,形成一个面向社区卫生服务的有效平台。通过PDA技术(移动终端)为面向社区居民服务的医生,护士提供有力的支持,为执行日常医疗工作提供便捷的手段,同时为各级医疗卫生管理层提供决策管理支持。本系统在设计上采用面向服务的架构,有效整合各种异构系统应对新业务的发展与变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper give a over all analysis and demonstrate of implement and design of Changning district community health care team information system, exploring and practiced through information technology against prevention, health care, healthy education, medical treatment, rehabilitation, the family-planned technique guidance, which was called "six integral whole" . Against the existence of’ information islands’ in sanitary information system, TIS provide a flexible solution. Effectively assemble different system, form a community medical service oriented platform. Provide powerful support for doctors and nurse from using PDA technology (Mobile Device), provide a facility to fulfill routines of sanitary workers, at the meaning time provide the support for decision-making for different lever of administrative.
