【摘要】 目前的城市绿地系统从规划到建设,更多地关注技术层面如何构建完善绿地空间网络,而较少考虑规划在管理层面推进后的具体实施,规划与实施脱节是对绿地系统规划可操作性的质疑。在分析现行绿地系统编制体系及过程中存在问题的基础上,通过对昆明绿地系统规划编制过程和方式的回顾,总结所取得的实践效果与经验,提出具有较强可操作性的以实施为导向的规划模式,并对其工作流程、关键环节进行论述,进一步探索城市绿地如何实现的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current urban green space system, from the planning phase to the construction phase, pays more attention to the technical level of how to build and perfect the green space network, and less consideration of the concrete implementation after advancing in the management level of the planning. The discrepancy between planning and implementation is the question on the operability of green space system planning. Through the analysis of the problems in the green space system planning and processes, and in the review of the process and methods of the green space system planning of Kunming, the practical results and experience are summarized, the highly operable implementation-oriented planning model is put forward, and its work processes and key points are discussed to further explore the realization of the green space system.更多还原
