【摘要】 目的:探讨专业化院前急救对猝死患者心肺复苏成功率的影响。方法:回顾性分析实行专业化院前急救前后两种情况下各42例猝死患者院前心肺复苏成功率及影响因素。结果:专业化院前急救心肺复苏成功率为23.8,较非专业化院前急救心肺复苏的成功率7.1有显著提高(P<0.05);而且出车时间、到达现场时间、车载设备的配备、现场应用高级生命支持技术等均有明显的改善。结论:专业化院前急救可提高院前心肺复苏的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of pre-hospital emergency care.The data of on the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:The data of 84 trauma patients who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation were analyzed.Emergency care personnel were divided into two groups,professional and nonprofessional,and comparisons of the general situation,dispatch time and arrival time of the two groups,ACLS measures executed and the efficiency of emergency care were compared between such two groups.Results:The efficiency of emergency care reached 23.8 % in professional group,which had been significantly improved compared with 7.1 % in nonprofessional(P<0.05).Moreover,dispatch or arrival time of medical personnel,emergency care facilities and on-site first-aid measures were also improved significantly.Conclusions:Professional pre-hospital emergency care could improve the efficiency of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.更多还原
