高炉喷吹粒煤初探
Primary Investigation and Practice of Granular Coal Injection at BF
【摘要】 莱钢1880 m~3高炉在国内最先采用了粒煤喷吹技术。前期试喷吹未达到预期目标。通过采取改进高炉操作、加湿富氧、维持合适的理论燃烧温度、加强原燃料管理以及改进设备等措施,且经工业试验,使其粒煤吨铁喷吹比达90 kg、焦比达440 kg。为进一步提高粒煤喷吹比奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The granular coal injection technology was applied at first at 1880 m~3 BF in Lai Steel in China.The trials with granular coal injection in the first stage were not very successful.Through optimizing of operation at BF,ap- plying of technology of humidification and oxygen enriched,keeping of proper theoretical combustion temperature and improving of burden material and equipment management,the granular coal injection ratio by industry test has reached 90 kg/t with the coke ratio of 440 kg/t.This result sets up a solid basis for further increasing granular coal injection ratio.
