【Abstract】 Aim:To improve the purification method of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) with high titer. Methods:Combinative application of rivanol precipitation method and BaCO3 adsorptive process was used to purify HCG of low titer. Results:The proposed method allowed the purification of HCG of 3 000 IU/mg to 8 000 IU/mg. The average recovery of biological activity was found to be 63.81%.
