日本刺参胶原蛋白多肽对紫外线诱导的光老化模型小鼠皮肤的保护作用
Protective effect of collagen polypeptides from Apostichopus japonicus on the skin of photoaging-model mice induced by ultraviolet irradiation
【摘要】 目的:研究日本刺参胶原蛋白多肽(AJCP)对紫外线诱导的光老化模型小鼠皮肤的保护作用。方法:采用AJCP灌胃紫外线诱导的光老化模型小鼠,检测小鼠血清及皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量;通过HE、VanGieson染色观察皮肤组织学变化。结果:AJCP显著提高了光老化模型小鼠血清和皮肤中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性,降低了MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时显著提高了皮肤组织中总Hyp含量(P<0.01);皮肤组织的形态学观察结果表明,AJCP能有效改善小鼠皮肤胶原纤维的受损程度。结论:AJCP能显著提高机体的抗氧化能力,对紫外线诱导的光老化模型小鼠皮肤具有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Aim:To study the protective effects of collagen polypeptide from Apostichopus japonicus (AJCP) on the skin of photoaging-model mice induced by ultraviolet irradiation. Methods: The model mice were orally administered AJCP, then the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidease (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT), the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydroxyproline (Hyp) were examined by assay kit, and the histology of skin tissue was observed by HE and Van Gieson staining method. Results: AJCP could enhance the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT, decrease the contents of MDA in both serum and skin significantly, as well as the content of Hyp in skin significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). Histological observation showed that AJCP could improve the damage degree of collagen fiber induced by ultraviolet irradiation. Conclusion: AJCP has the protective effect on the skin of photoaging-model mice via increasing the capacity of anti-oxidation.
