【摘要】 目的评价吸入型糖皮质激素(ICS)和长效β2受体激动剂(LABA)联合吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的疗效。方法60例稳定期的中至重度COPD患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予ICS/LABA混合吸入剂(舒利迭)吸入,对照组给予LABA干粉吸入剂(施立稳)吸入,1吸/次,2次/d,疗程均为3个月。对比两组治疗前后临床症状积分和肺功能变化。结果53例患者完成本试验(试验组26例,对照组27例)。治疗后两组临床症状积分分别较治疗前明显降低,其差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05),两组FEV1/FVC和FEV1%预计值分别较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05);治疗后试验组FEV1/FVC和FEV1%预计值也分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05)。结论对于稳定期COPD患者来说,联合吸入ICS和LABA能明显改善肺功能,减轻症状,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of combined inhaled corticosteroid(ICS)and long-acting β2-adrenoreceptor agonist(LABA)on treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 60 stable COPD(moderate to severe)patients were randomly divided into two groups.The test group was given inhaled salmeterol /fluticasone propionate(seretide,50 μg/250 μg,bid)and the control group was only given inhaled salmeterol(serevent,50 μg,bid).Both groups received 3-month inhalation treatment.Clinical symptom scores and lung function between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results 53 patients finished the test(26 cases in test group and 27 cases in control group).The clinical symptom scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05,respectively).FEV1/FVC and FEV1% pred after treatment in both groups were obviously higher than those before treatment(P<0.05,respectively).After treatment,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% pred in test group were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion Combined inhaled glucocorticoids and long-acting β2-adrenoreceptor agonist in patients with stable COPD may control symptoms and improve lung function and life quality.更多还原
