抑制素α、βA、βB在子宫内膜息肉组织中的表达
Immunohistochemical Expression of Inhibin-alpha(α),beta-A(βA),beta-B(βB) in Endometrial Polyps
【摘要】 目的研究子宫内膜息肉患者的息肉组织中抑制素(INH)三种亚单位的表达及分布情况,进一步阐明子宫内膜息肉的发生机制。方法选择2006年1月至12月诊断为子宫内膜息肉者30例,取同期输卵管因素不孕者(16例)的增殖期子宫内膜,近两年的宫颈癌患者之早分泌期(11例)和晚分泌期子宫内膜(17例)为对照组,共44例。所有病例于取材前半年未曾口服任何激素类药物。用免疫组化方法检测INHα、βA、βB三个亚单位在子宫内膜息肉组织和正常子宫内膜各期组织中的表达。结果①INHα、βA、βB三个亚单位均在正常子宫内膜组织中表达,并随月经周期的变化染色反应逐渐增强。②INHα、βA、βB三个亚单位在子宫内膜息肉组织中均存在表达。在子宫内膜息肉组织中α亚单位的表达强度略强于正常增殖期的子宫内膜组织(P>0.05),而弱于早分泌期(P<0.05)和晚分泌期(P<0.05)的正常内膜组织。βA亚单位的表达同样是子宫内膜息肉组织略强于正常增殖期子宫内膜组织(P>0.05),弱于早分泌期(P>0.05)和晚分泌期(P<0.05)的正常内膜组织。βB亚单位表达模式与上述α、βA亚单位的表达模式相似,但βB亚单位在子宫内膜息肉组织中的表达与正常子宫内膜组织中的表达差异无统计学意义。结论子宫内膜息肉组织中INHα、βA亚单位的表达显著低于在晚分泌期子宫内膜组织中的表达,这种差异反应了息肉组织停留在增生状态而非分泌状态。抑制素可能参与了子宫内膜息肉发展的病理过程。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression and tissue distribution patterns of the inhibin(INH)subunits in normal endometrium and endometrial polyp(EP)tissues,and to explore the precise aetiology of EP.Methods Normal endometrial tissues were obtained from 16 women in the proliferative phase with tubal infertility,11 women in the early secretory phase and 17 women in the late secretory phase with cervical cancer.Expressions of INH subunits in normal endometrial tissues(n=16+11+17=44)and in EP tissues(n=30) were detected by immunohistochemistry.All patients hadn’t had any steroid drugs within the past 6 months before tissue sampling.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that INH subunits expressed in both normal endometrial tissues and EP tissues.The expression intensity of INH subunits increased step by step in different menstrual phases in normal endometrial tissues.And the expression intensity of INH α-subunit in EP tissues was significantly lower than that in the early secretory endometria(P<0.05) and that in the late secretory endometria(P<0.05).INH βA-subunit expression was significantly lower in EP tissues than in the late secretory endometrial tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion There exists INH subunits in normal endometrial tissues and in EP tissues.The expressions of INH α-,βA-subunits were significantly lower in EP tissues than in the late secretory endometrial tissues,which showed that the EP tissues were in proliferative phase rather than in secretory phase,and suggested that INH may coutribute to several aspects of endometrial physiology.
