【摘要】 目的尝试采用Workbook方法估计湖南省2005年HIV感染人数。方法收集全省14个市州15~49岁成年注射毒品使用者、暗娼、嫖客和男男性接触者以及他们的性伴或配偶5类人群的规模和HIV感染患病率,将收集的数据输入Workbook软件对这5类人群进行估计。结果到2005年底,全省15~49岁成年5类人群中现存的HIV感染估计人数为26646人(范围在20227~33012人)。结论Workbook方法简便易行,但对数据质量要求较高,时点人数估计方法对于艾滋病控制与干预工作具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the number of prevalent HIV infection in adults in Hunan for 2005. Methods The data of the population size and the prevalence of HIV infection from 5 categories of target groups,such as injecting drug users,female commercial sex workers,sex customers,men who have sex with men and their sexual partners or spouses were collected in 14 prefectures of Hunan province.Their ages were from 15 to 49.The data were inputted into computers and analyzed with Workbook method software. Results By the end of 2005,the estimated number of prevalent HIV-infection in adults was 26 646 ranging from 20 227 to 33 012. Conclusion Workbook method is simple,but requires a higher quality of the data.The estimate method is essential for AIDS control and prevention.更多还原
