【摘要】 目的:为"医保"定点零售药店开展药学服务提供参考。方法:通过对上海某"医保"定点零售药店2005年9月～2007年9月"医保"药品销售数据的分析,指出在"医保"药品销售过程中的药学服务侧重点,并结合已开展的药学服务,提出进一步完善的建议。结果与结论:药学服务的开展吸引了"参保"人员购药,提升了药店的竞争优势,并有其潜在的经济价值。建议药师对药学服务进行系统设计,并在实践中不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for medical insurance contracted drugstore in regard to pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Through analyzing drug sales data which were collected from one drugstore in Shanghai from Sept.2005 to Sept.2007,customers’ pointed requirements on pharmaceutical care in drugstore were pointed out.Based on our practice in carrying out pharmaceutical care,some advices about pharmaceutical care in drugstore were put forward.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The practice of pharmaceutical care attracted more medicare patients to purchase drugs,enhanced the competitive edge of the drugstore,which poses potential economic value.It is suggested that pharmacists of drugstore should conduct a systematic design and further improve the pharmaceutical care level in the practice.更多还原
