【摘要】 目的:了解我院门诊输液药物不合理应用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽查我院2005~2007年门诊输液处方,根据临床药理学知识及文献资料,对不合理输液处方进行统计、分析。结果:共审核处方81 172张,分别存在溶媒不当、给药方案不合理、药物联用不当、重复用药等问题。结论:我院门诊输液处方存在不合理之处,亟待规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the irrational use of the infused drugs in our out-patient clinic.METHODS: In this retrospective study,the infusion prescriptions in our outpatient clinic from 2005 to 2007 were randomly selected for a statistical analysis of the irrational ones based on our knowledge on clinical pharmacology and literature.RESULTS: The problems manifested by the total 81 172 prescriptions were unsuitable solvent,improper dosage regimen,irrational drug combination and repeated drug of medicines etc.CONCLUSION: The use of infused antibiotics in our out-patient clinic were rational on the whole,however,there were some problems which remain to be solved and improved.更多还原
