【摘要】 目的:评价治疗慢性荨麻疹3种用药方案的经济学效果。方法:对口服曲普利啶胶囊+雷尼替丁胶囊(A组)、口服左西替利嗪片(B组)、口服左西替利嗪片+润燥止痒胶囊(C组)3种用药方案进行经济学分析。结果:A、B、C组成本分别为91.96、54.16、356.56元,有效率分别为76.09%、74.00%、91.84%,成本-效果比分别为120.86、73.19、388.24;以B组为参照,A、C组的增量成本-效果比为1 808.61、1 695.07。结论:C组方案较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the cost-effectiveness of 3 different therapeutic regimens for chronic urticaria.METHODS: 3 oral therapeutic regimens including regimen A(triprolidinen plus ranitidine),regimen B(levocetirizine),and regimen C(levocetirizine plus antipruritic) were analyzed using cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS: The total costs of regimen A,B,and C were 91.96 yuan,54.16 yuan and 356.56 yuan,respectively;The effective rates were 76.09%,74.00% and 91.84%,respectively;The cost-effectiveness ratios were 120.86,73.19 and 388.24,respectively.As compared with regimen B,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios for regimen A and C were 1 808.61 and 1 695.07,respectively.CONCLUSION: Regimen C is the preferable one in terms of the cost-effectiveness.更多还原
