【摘要】 目的:为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1997年1月～2006年12月国内医药学期刊报道的5种主要抗结核药所致不良反应案例409例,并进行统计、分析。结果:抗结核药的不良反应涉及皮肤及其附件以及泌尿、神经、血液等多个系统,主要与过敏反应和药物自身的毒性有关,急性肾功能衰竭、药疹、发热、过敏性休克的发生率较高。结论:临床应重视抗结核药的不良反应,进行规范化治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by antituberculosis drugs so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:409 ADR cases induced by 5 main antituberculosis drugs in domestic medical journal from Jan.1997 to Dec.2006 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Many systems were involved in ADR,such as skin,urinary system,neural system,hematological system,etc.,which were associated with allergic reaction and toxicity of drugs.Acute renal failure(ARF),drug eruption,fever and anaphylactic shock showed high incidences.CONCLUSION:Attention should be paid to ADR induced by antituberculosis drugs to standardize treatment.更多还原
