【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定盐酸西替利嗪凝胶中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SinoChromODS-BP,流动相为0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈(60∶40),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为231nm,进样量为10μL。结果:盐酸西替利嗪的线性范围为0.1004～4.0160μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.85%(RSD=1.57%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of cetirizine hydrochloride gel.METHODS:The assaying was conducted on a SinoChrom ODS-BP column with 0.02 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(60∶40)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25 ℃;the detection wavelength was 231 nm and the sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear concentration range of cetirizine hydrochloride gel was 0.100 4～4.016 0 μg(r=0.999 9)with average recovery rate at 97.85%(RSD=1.57%).CONCLUSI-ON:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of cetirizine hydrochloride gel.更多还原
