【摘要】 目的观察直肌线状折叠术治疗共同性斜视的远期效果。方法共同性斜视163例,其中内斜视66例,外斜视97例。手术方式分为单纯直肌加强术或直肌加强联合减弱术,加强术式包括直肌线状折叠术和经典的直肌缩短术,减弱术式均为直肌后退术。患者随机分为2组,分别采用直肌线状折叠术和直肌缩短术。使用三棱镜交替遮盖法测量看近(33cm)和看远(5m)时第一眼位水平斜视度。分别检查记录术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后1年的斜视度数变化并加以比较。结果内斜视组采用直肌折叠术和直肌缩短术相比,术后1周、1月、1年的变化均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。外斜视组采用直肌折叠术和直肌缩短术相比,术后1周、1月、1年的变化也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但外斜视组术后1年时的斜视度和术后1周及1月相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论直肌线状折叠术与传统直肌缩短术矫正斜视有同等的效果。但操作更简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long-term effects of horizontal concomitant strabismus treated with rectus liner tucking.Methods The surgery effect of 163 cases of horizontal concomitant strabismus which including 66 esotropias and 97 exotropias were estimated retrospectively.The patients were divided randomly into two treat-ment groups which received the different manners of operation between rectus liner tucking and rectus resection.The angle of near and far deviation in primary position were measured with alternate prism cover test pre-and post-surgery.The surgery effects were compared on 1W,1M and 1Y post-operation.Results There is no statistical difference between the two groups on 1W,1M and 1Y,wherever esotropia and exotropia.Conclusions The rectus liner tucking has a similar surgery effect with rectus resection.It can be used more widely as a more simple pro-cedure.更多还原
