稻草添补矮象草体外发酵组合效应的综合评定研究

【摘要】 研究旨在用改进的组合效应多项指标综合指数对反刍动物稻草日粮添补不同比例矮象草(DEG)体外发酵的组合效应进行动态的、综合的整体评定。矮象草分别以0(DEG0)、25%(DEG25)、50%(DEG50)、75%(DEG75)与100%(DEG100)的比例与稻草(RS)混合进行体外发酵,将12、24、36h与48h的产气量(GP)、总挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)与微生物蛋白(MCP)用经改进的MFAEI进行多时间点、多指标的整体动态评定。结果表明:反刍动物稻草日粮以添补50%~75%的矮象草效果较好。

【Abstract】 An in vitro technique was used to investigate the associative effects of supplementing rice straws(RS) with dwarf elephantgrass(DEG).The treatments were combinations of DEG(0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%) with RS(DEG0, DEG25, DEG50, DEG75 and DEG100 individually).Gas production(GP), total volatile fat acids(VFAs) and microbial protein(MCP) produced during the incubation(12, 24, 36 h and 48 h) were integrated into the improved multiple-factors associative effects index(MFAEI) to evaluate associative effects of RS and DEG.The results indicated that improved MFAEI was a useful index to evaluate the associative effects of ruminant feeds.The suitable ratio for RS supplemented with DEG was 50%~75%.
