基于ADIS16255 MEMS芯片陀螺仪的应用研究
Application of MEMS gyroscope using ADIS16255 chips
【摘要】 介绍了ADIS1625x系列MEMS陀螺,在分析了该芯片SPI的接口时序后,利用C8051F020单片机搭建了一个硬件平台,通过SPI接口完成对ADIS16255的控制、数据以及状态信息的采集,实现了平面角度的测量。随后制定了串行口通信格式定义,实现了上位机对陀螺的控制和对实时数据的读取。进行了静止状态的测试以及在转台进行的动态测试,结果表明,该陀螺具有较高的角度稳定度和准确度,抗磁干扰能力强,作为新一代平面角度测量设备,可广泛应用在工业自动化、导航定位、航空航天等场合。
【Abstract】 The ADIS1625x serial MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System, MEMS) gyroscope chips were introduced, and the SPI operation signal sequence was analyzed. Then a hardware platform was constructed using C8051F020 CPU. The CPU controls the ADIS16255 chip, and retrieves the status and angles in real-time through SPI interface. To provide control and angle information through RS232, an interface protocol was designed. The static and dynamic test result shows that this gyro system has high angle-stability and high accuracy, and it is not affected by magnetic field. It can be widely used in many areas, such as industrial automation, navigation, aeronautics and astronautics.
