反相高效液相法测定复方化学消毒剂中聚胺丙基双胍含量的不确定度评定

【摘要】 目的根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,对反相高效液相色谱法测定复方化学消毒剂中聚胺丙基双胍含量的测量不确定度进行评定。方法对样品取样体积、样品稀释体积、标准溶液制备、标准曲线、测量重复性等各不确定度分量进行了评定,并将其合成,以此计算出复方化学消毒剂中聚胺丙基双胍含量测定结果的不确定度。结果按数学模型计算复方化学消毒剂中聚胺丙基双胍含量为1.02%,扩展不确定度为0.10%。结果表达为(1.02±0.10)%。结论该方法适于反相高效液相色谱法测定复方化学消毒剂中聚胺丙基双胍含量的不确定度评定。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the uncertainty measurement of polyhexamethylene biguanide determination in compound chemical disinfectants by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),according to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.Methods The volume of sample,the dilution of sample,preparation of standard solution,calibration curve and repeatability of measurement results were considered as the main sources of the combined uncertainty.Components of relative uncertainty,the combined relative uncertainty and the combined uncertainty were deduced and calculated.Results The content of polyhexamethylene biguanide in compound chemical disinfectant was 1.02%,according to mathematical model established in the study,expanded uncertainty was 0.10%,and the expression of uncertainty was(1.02±0.10)%.Conclusion The method can be used for uncertainty evaluation in determination of polyhexamethylene biguanide in compound chemical disinfectants by RP-HPLC.
