【摘要】 探讨老年肠道功能性腹泻致菌群失调症时,患者血浆中可溶性细胞间粘附分子sICAM-1表达,以及外周血小板分布情况。我们检测了50例老年胃肠功能性腹泻所致菌群失调症患者的用药前与用药后的血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子sICAM-1,凝血功能检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT),并进行血浆纤维蛋白原测定,以及血小板光学散射分析,了解正常菌群分布对相关指标的影响。更多还原
