【摘要】 目的:对栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用不同柱色谱技术进行分离,通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了14个化合物,其中6个为黄酮类化合物,分别为croymbosin(1)、槲皮素(2)、芦丁(3)、umuhengerin(4)、nicotiflorin(5)、异槲皮苷(6);8个为有机酸类,分别为绿原酸(7)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(8)、3-咖啡酰-4-芥子酰奎宁酸(9)、3-咖啡酰-4-芥子酰奎宁酸甲酯(10)、3-咖啡酰-5-芥子酰奎宁酸甲酯(11)、3,4-二咖啡酰-5-(3-羟-3-甲基)戊二酰奎宁酸(12)、3,5-二咖啡酰-4-(3-羟-3-甲基)戊二酰奎宁酸(13)、原儿茶酸(14)。结论:化合物2~6和14为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2,3,5,6和14系首次从该属植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.METHODS:Some chroma-tographic methods were applied to isolate pure compounds and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS:Fourteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as croymbosin(1),quercetin(2),rutin(3),umuhengerin(4),nicotiflorin(5),isoquercitrin(6),chlorogenic acid(7),3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(8),3-O-caffeoyl -4-O-sinapoylquinic acid(9),3-O-caffeoyl-4-O-sinapoylquinic acid methyl ester(10),3-O-caffeoyl-5-O-sinapoylquinic acid methyl ester(11),3,4-di-O-caffeoyl -5-O-(3-hydroxy-methyl)glutaroylquinic acid(12),3,5-di-O-caffeoyl -4-O-(3-hydroxy-methyl)glutaroylquinic acid(13) and protocatechuic acid(14).CONCLUSION:Compounds 2-6 and 14 are firstly isolated from this plant and compounds 2,3,5,6 and 14 are isolated from the genus Gardenia for the first time.
