【摘要】 都市型现代渔业是上海都市农业的重要组成部分,是上海生态可持续发展的基础,其发展对上海食品和水源安全乃至城市安全都具有重要影响。本文在对都市型现代渔业进行界定的基础上,讨论了都市型现代渔业的特征、外延、内涵,分析了它在上海都市农业发展中的地位和作用,提出上海应通过经济产业板块、生态旅游板块、渔业知识经济板块的建设来构建其都市型现代渔业体系。其中,经济产业板块包括绿色常规水产品生产业、特种水产品生产业、远洋渔业、精深水产品加工业、现代水产品物流业等从池塘到餐桌的产业;生态旅游板块包括水体生态产业、旅游休闲渔业;渔业知识经济板块包括种源渔业和渔业信息及科技服务产业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban modern fishery is an important part of urban agriculture and forms the basis of ecologically sustainable Shanghai.It has an important influence,not only on food and drinking water security,but also on the long-term security of the municipality at large.In the context of fishery construction,the concept of urban modern fisheries,fishery characteristics,extensions and intensions are discussed.The status and functions of fishery in urban agriculture in Shanghai are analyzed.The structure of urban modern fisheries in Shanghai is suggested to incorporate economic sector,ecological sector and knowledge-based sector.The economic sector encompasses ordinary green product aquaculture industry,special species aquaculture industry,distant water fishery,aquatic product manufacturing industry and modern aquatic logistics industry.The ecological sector constitutes aquatic ecological industry and recreational fishery.And knowledge-based fishery sector covers hatchery fishery,fishery information industry and fishery technology service industry.更多还原
