【Abstract】 In 64 patients who had painful diabetic neuropathy(PDN) with refractory pain in both lower limbs, 32 were treated with blocking the second lumbar sympathetic ganglion,32 were treated with venla faxine as control group. The ganglian blocking significantly relieved the refractory pain of the patients,decreased VAS and raised the level of plasma β-EP. No other complications occurred except for temporary genitofemoral neuralgia.更多还原
