【摘要】 新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者72例随机分为短期持续性皮下胰岛素泵(CSII)组及多次胰岛素皮下注射(MSII)组。结果提示短期CSII及MSII治疗均可改善新诊断T2DM患者胰岛β细胞功能、减轻胰岛素抵抗;CSII较MSII效果好。其疗效与病程长短、治疗前血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平以及医师的技能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 72 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)group and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII)group.The results showed that the short-term treatment of CSII and MSII could improve the β-cell function and lessen the insulin resistance in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients,and CSII might be more effective.The effect was correlated to the course,levels of blood glucose,insulin,and C-peptide before treatment.更多还原
