【Abstract】 Ceramics in Jingdezhen are well-known all over the world, and actually famous for its advantageous natural conditions, long ceramic-made history, fine devision of the technical process and integrated tradionary arts and crafts. However, there is almost not any research on the law protection mode for Jingdezhen ceramic intellectual property. Intellectual propertis such as Geological signs、design patent、copyright、 as well as trade mark privilege are not only very market potential and competitive, but also have competitive strength and commercial value in the market, which made the intellectual propertis Jingdezhen ceramic easily to be invaded. Tort is a market-disorganize act, not only destuctive to the property right and personal right for the holders, but also incursionary to the legitimate interest for commom consumers.
