水热法合成白榴石粉体
HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS OF LEUCITE POWDERS
【摘要】 以硅溶胶,九水合硝酸铝和硝酸钾为原料,采用水热法制备了白榴石前驱体。将前驱体经过热处理后合成了白榴石粉体,并与低温熔块混合制备了烤瓷粉。采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差热-热重(DTA-TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)和万能材料试验机对样品进行了表征。结果表明,将前驱体在1100℃煅烧后可以直接合成高纯白榴石粉体。合成的白榴石与低温熔块混合后,经烧成得到了具有白榴石均匀分布、颗粒较小的显微结构(平均粒径为1.3μm),加入了白榴石的烤瓷材料的平均强度和Weibull模数与低温熔块相比都有显著提高。
【Abstract】 Leucite precursor was prepared by hydrothermal method using silica sol, nona-hydrate aluminum nitrate and potassium nitrate as starting materials.Leucite powders were synthesized by calcining the precursor at different temperatures, and the powders of Percelain-Fused-to-Metal were fabricated by mixing the leucite powders with a low temperature frit.The samples were characterized by a X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and universal testing machine.The results showed that high purity leucite powders were synthesized directly at 1100℃.The sintered porcelain of synthesized leucite powders and a low temperature frit exhibited a microstructure with uniformly dispersed leucite particles(average particle size 1.3μm).The introduction of synthesized leucite powders significantly enhanced the strength and Weibull modulus of the sintered porcelain.
