新疆部分地区动物西尼罗病毒感染的调查
Investigation of West Nile virus infection in animals in some areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region
【摘要】 为了解新疆部分地区动物西尼罗病毒(WNV)的流行状况,采用一步法实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(real-time RT-PCR)对采自新疆伊犁河谷地区以及巴音布鲁克草原的200份马血样、100份驴血样和100份犬血样外周血单核细胞中的WNV包膜蛋白(E)基因片段进行了检测。结果显示,被检血样中未发现WNV E基因片段,目前尚没有证据表明我国新疆部分地区的动物中存在WNV感染。提示,近期内该地区出现WNV流行的可能性小。
【Abstract】 To investigate the prevalence of West Nile virus(WNV) in some areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,one step real-time RT-PCR was performed to detect the WNV envelope gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) in blood samples of 200 equines,100 donkeys and 100 dogs from Yili River Valley and Bayinbuluke Grassland of Xinjiang.No positive product was detected in these samples,indicating that outbreaks of WNV would be impossible in these areas in the near future.
