人工感染猪囊尾蚴的组织结构观察

【摘要】 为了解成熟猪囊尾蚴的组织结构,进一步研究其特异性抗原定位,对猪带绦虫病患者用槟榔、南瓜子驱虫,采集虫卵,人工感染猪,收集新鲜猪囊尾蚴,石蜡切片,HE染色后进行了光镜观察,并用胆汁法翻出头节,超薄切片,进行了透射电镜观察。光镜观察表明,囊尾蚴有2个囊腔,较小的囊腔包括头节和颈节,较大的囊腔包括囊壁和囊液,囊壁外层具有绒毛,并有宿主结缔组织的成分;电镜观察表明,翻出头节的囊尾蚴除与已报道的未翻出头节的囊尾蚴结构相同外,最突出的特点是神经索和排泄管并行,石灰小体呈板层状。

【Abstract】 To understand the structure of mature Cysticercus cellulosae so as to further study the specific antigen localization in C.cellulosae,the patients with taeniasis suis were treated with the decoction of areca and pumpkin seeds to collect the eggs of Taenia solium.The mature C.cellulosae were gathered from the pigs infected with the eggs.The structure of C.cellulosae was observed by light microscope with the paraffin section and the HE staining.Ultrathin section of evaginated scolex of the cysticercus was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).The cysticercus consisted of two chambers.The small one included scolex and collum segment,and the larger was conformed by cystic fluid and cystic wall.There were microtriche and connective tissue of the host on the outer layer of cystic wall.The TEM results indicated that the most prominent characteristics of the evaginated cysticercus were the parallel arrangement of nerve cord with excretory duct and the board-layered calcareous corpuscles.
