α-甲基苯乙烯对ABS树脂耐热改性的研究
Modification Effect of α-Methylstyrene on Heat Resistance of ABS Resin
【摘要】 采用乳液聚合的方法合成了一系列α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MSt)/苯乙烯(St)/丙烯腈(AN)(α-MSAN)共聚物,用ABS 接枝共聚物与α-MSAN 熔融共混制备了耐热 ABS。研究了α-MSAN 组成对 ABS 耐热性能及力学性能的影响。固定 AN 的含量,调整α-MSt/St 配比,差示扫描量热分析发现,α-MSAN 的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)随着α-MSt 含量的增加呈线性增加趋势,α-MSt 含量每增加10%,共聚物的 T_g 均提高约1~2℃;动态力学分析发现,ABS 树脂的 T_g 随着α-MSt 含量的增加向高温方向移动,当α-MSt/St 配比为100/0时 T_g 高达129.5℃。固定α-MSt/St 的配比为50/50,调整 AN 含量,结果发现,当 AN 含量为25%(质量分数,下同)时,ABS 树脂的 T_g 可达121℃,且力学性能最佳。
【Abstract】 A series of α-methylstyrene-styrene-acrylonitrile copolymers (α-MSAN) was synthesized via emulsion polymerization, which was employed to modify heat resistance and mechanical properties of ABS resin. DSC showed that at constant content of AN, the T_g of the α-MSAN copolymers increased linearly with increasing proportion of α-MSt. DMA indicated that the T_g of ABS resin containing α- MSAN shifted to higher temperature, while mechanical properties decreased slightly. When the ratio of α-MSt/St was 50/50 and the content of AN was 25 %, the optimal comprehensive mechanical property of ABS resin was observed.
