国产帕罗西汀与丙米嗪治疗抑郁症对照研究

【摘要】 目的:评价国产帕罗西汀(乐友)治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将63例抑郁症病人随机分为两组,分别给予乐友与丙咪嗪治疗6周。采用HAMD评定疗效。结果:乐友组有效率为87.5%,与丙咪嗪组比较差异无显著性;不良反应少而轻,安全性好。结论:乐友是一种有效的抗抑郁剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of Paroxetine and Imipramine in the treatment of depression.Methods:60 cases of depression patients were divided into two groups,Paroxetine or Imipramine were used in different groups for 6 weeks,the efficacy was evaluated with HAMD,the side effects was evaluated with rESS.Results:The efficacy rate of Paroxetine was 87.5%,there were no significant difference between antidepressant effects of two drugs,Paroxetine was more safe and with little side effects.Conclusion:Paroxetine is effective in the treatment of depression.更多还原
