【Abstract】 The moral belief cultivation is the core content of moral education to university student. How to carry on the moral belief cultivation smoothly and enhance the actual effect of the moral education needs to have the true theory to make the instruction. The Marxist philosophy is the scientific world outlook and the methodology on morals belief cultivation of the contemporary university student.
